Our client in West New York is looking for a dependable and organized Office Admin to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will support day-to-day office functions to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp to hire position. Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and copying Answer phones, take messages, respond to emails and direct calls to appropriate staff Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner Support bookkeeping, collections and billing procedures (basic data entry, invoicing, etc.) Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (UPS) Coordinate with other departments and external contacts as needed Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus Previous office or clerical experience preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace Good written and verbal communication skills Professional attitude and ability to work independently or in a team Pay: $17.00 per hr.
