This role plays a critical part in maintaining qualitystandards and meeting customer expectations.Key Responsibilities- Package printed materials according to job specs and brand requirements.- Prepare shipping labels using shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, UPS WorldShip).- Verify order accuracy and quality before shipping.- Organize and stage outgoing shipments based on carrier pickup schedules.- Maintain a clean and organized packing/shipping station.- Communicate with team members and supervisors about order statuses and delays.- Monitor stock levels of shipping materials (boxes, tape, labels) and report needs.- Assist in occasional light assembly or hand-finishing tasks when needed.Requirements- High attention to detail and quality control.- Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems is a plus.- Prior experience in a print shop or warehouse is preferred but not required.
