This position offers the chance to immerse yourself in a diverse range of industries, expand your expertise, and make a real impact as you grow within Lloyds Bank's vibrant team.Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Working closely with Relationship Managers covering clients with specific sector needsAssisting Relationship Managers in client relationship management, origination and execution across a diverse set of corporate banking product areasHelping to generate ideas and cross-selling opportunities for existing and prospective clientsDeveloping relationship and transaction marketing materialsAs the individual develops, attending client meetings, bank meetings, and investor daysWorking on the Credit, Capital, Legal, KYC, Cross Border, and documentation aspects of transaction execution. Regarding Capital, take full ownership of transaction ROI modellingLiaising with partners in coverage, products, credit, risk and compliance to service day-to-day client needs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal processesConducting sector research and company-specific earnings analysisTrack client income and performance for Sr. Management requestsParticipate in bespoke opportunities, including: junior talent recruitment, diversity & inclusion network, responsible & ethical business practices, etc.Education and experience required: Undergraduate degree with coursework in Finance or Economics preferred2 - 5 years of prior investment/corporate banking/credit experience. Strong internship experience will be valuedWell-versed with financial modelling and financial analysis Solid understanding of banking products, including capital and financial markets, credit, risk management, debt and corporate finance advisory.
