In this role, you'll be responsible for the design, development, installation, modification, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical and electronic control systems. Youu2019ll work alone and with different teams that can include Maintenance Technicians, Production Engineers, Operators/Supervisors, and Contractors. In this position youu2019ll be expected to work under general supervision, receiving occasional instruction or assistance as new or atypical situations arise. This role requires strong electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills.Principal Areas of Responsibilityu2022 Knowledge of wastewater treatment and/or water treatment, engineering, principles and methods of scientific research, current advances in the field of water reclamation and groundwater replenishment, computer hardware and software applications for the operation of an advanced water reclamation facility, general administrative principles and practices, and methods of supervisionu2022 Interface with state regulatory agencies, fill out necessary forms and assure correctness. Ultimately be accountable for compliance and the efficient and effective operations of the Edward C. Some areas can have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, airborne particles, noxious gases, pathogens and various chemicals.
