Famous Supply is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work at our Erie, PA branch. Schedule: Monday-Friday 12pm-5pmThe Administrative Assistant routes calls, takes customer payments, and assures that customers receive great service by telephone and in person. Primary Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate individual/department.Provide sales support.Run credit cards for customers.Keeping customers accounts accurate.Balance the cash drawer and make daily deposits.Filing, purging paperwork.Process credit card transactions for customers.File and data management.Additional branch support as needed or requested.Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and other office software is essential. Organizational Skills - the ability to manage invoices and transactions and organize/maintain munication and Customer Service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time Management - the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and complete multiple responsibilities efficiently.Attention to Detail - Meticulous in tasks, essential for accuracy in administrative work.
