Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor/Supervisor with at least 3 years of solid HR experience and proven people management skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, advising employees and managers on HR policies, and supervising HR team members to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.Supervise and support HR team members in daily operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.Partner with department heads to address workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.Handle employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts with professionalism and confidentiality.Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Lead HR projects such as policy updates, training programs, and process improvements.Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.Support disciplinary and grievance procedures in alignment with company standards.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or advisory role.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. nn nn
