We expect all team members to champion Company standards of conduct and our inclusive culture._ _The Administrative Clerk is responsible for data entry and validation, supporting infrastructure including the set up of new markets, and creating invoices. Requires frequent use of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to maintain contract compliance._ _The position will be based at the TAS divisionu2019s office in Phoenix, AZ (Tempe), where we are trailblazing the roll out of Autonomous vehicle operations across the US._ Benefits may vary depending on location policy. Key Responsibilities: Payroll + _Perform day to day payroll transactions, including verifying, entering, reclassing, computing, posting and reconciling payroll_ + _Investigate timecards exceptions in coordination with local supervisory teams_ Accounts Payable + _Process Accounts Payable (AP) in compliance with financial policies and procedures_ Accounts Receivable + _Perform Account Receivable (AR) tasks including preparation, reconciling, inputting and uploading of all client invoices_ + _Plays a key role in invoice creation for variable spend items_ Facilities/Procurement + _Facilities management and coordination_ + _Management of TAS offices, break locations, and closed course partnerships_ + _Cost analysis and forecasting_ + _Onboarding and coordination of work from 3rd party vendors_ + _Point of contact for TAS related facilities escalations_ + _Responsible for office administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, filing, handling postage/mailings, phones, copier leases, etc._ + _Travel Program vendor/program/spend management_ + _Trend analysis, PO creation/tracking, updated approval routing_ + _TAS EE Corporate Credit Card and Ramp Card program management_ + _Quarterly auditing, spend reconciliation, program creation, EE onboarding/offboarding_ Other Tasks + _Maintain Transdevu2019s high standard of safety_ + _Work collaboratively with stakeholders on operational budgets_ + _Adhere to and ensure all company policies are followed_ + _Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow_ + _Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed and/or assigned_ Required Education and Experience: + _Must be 21 years of age or older;_ + _High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred in accounting, finance, etc_ + _Proficiency with a laptop computer and GSuite apps (i.e. Gmail, Hangouts, and Drive, including Sheets and Docs);_ + _Well versed in technical operations and facilities management best practices_ + _Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy_ + _Knowledge of basic financial principles_ + _Experience coordinating outside vendors to perform major repairs and annual inspections._ + _Experience in Payroll is a plus_ Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): + _Must have good attention to detail._ + _Adapt quickly to new and developing technology;_ + _Cross-functional verbal and written communication and issue escalation;_ + _Excellent written and verbal communication skills._ + _Excellent organizational and time-management skills._ + _Must be self-motivated and demonstrate good judgment in ambiguous environments._ + _Travel up to 30% of the time_ Physical Requirements: + _Occasional standing, walking, and sitting._ + _Long periods of sitting._ + _Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl._ + _Must be able to occasionally lift and/o_ Pre-Employment Requirements: + All Transdev employees must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
