Responsibilities u00b7 Patient & Family Support u2013 Implement child life programs to reduce stress, anxiety, and trauma during hospitalization. u00b7 Clinical Leadership u2013 Mentor, train, and support new and existing Child Life staff. u00b7 Program Development u2013 Create and coordinate new child life programs for enhanced patient care. u00b7 Education & Advocacy u2013 Work with schools and organizations to educate about patient conditions, treatment plans, and emotional well-being. u00b7 Multidisciplinary Collaboration u2013 Educate healthcare teams on best practices for pediatric patient care. u00b7 Research & Development u2013 Contribute to research projects and present at conferences on Child Life topics. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Recreational Therapy, Psychology, or related field, required.
