We are looking for a versatile leader who can cultivate trusted relationships with health system and health plan executives, identify and close new opportunities, and serve as a strategic advisor to ensure client success. The ideal candidate will have experience selling consulting services, communicating effectively with senior leadership, delivering solutions that create measurable value, and demonstrating a high degree of integrity.SummarySr. Director/VP RoleDevelop market expansion strategies to identify prospects, close new clients and expand the footprint at existing clientsBe a trusted advisor and proactively develop a robust sales pipeline, specifically:Define and deliver on individual revenue goals established during the annual sales planning processDevelop forecasts and client plans, drive the execution of the plansDrive business development opportunities with key clients, from lead qualification and proposal development to contract closureDevelop, manage and enhance client relationships by becoming primary point of contact and trusted advisor to client’s executive leadershipWork in partnership with internal stakeholders (other Sr. Director/VPs, Engagement Managers, Operations, Delivery, Finance) to achieve client and consultant satisfaction goalsParticipate in and support industry events, and contribute to the firm’s thought leadershipMaintain dual focus on developing new relationships and fostering current relationships to maximize client satisfaction and revenue generationSupport the Engagement Manager and consultants in delivery and management of projectsModel Freed’s core values and help to maintain our strong sense of communityCoach and mentor consultants in client relationship building and business development as needed5 or more years of business development experience selling healthcare consulting services7 or more years of healthcare management consulting, strategy development and/or operations experienceBroad and deep existing relationships across California health care market, health systems, health plans or both, to immediately leverage actionable business opportunitiesHighly developed organizational, planning and management writing skillsSuperior oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with othersExperience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniquesDemonstrated ability to plan, communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to all levels of the client organization, including executive and C-levelBachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher or equivalent education and training preferredFor ConsiderationPlease submit resume: https://careers-freedassociates.icims.comCompensation is commensurate with a candidate's sales experience and performance developing new clients.
