In this key role, you will supervise heavy-duty equipment operators and maintenance crews during off-hours, ensuring smooth overnight plant operations, timely repairs, and safe working conditions. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills to coordinate effectively with day shift teams and management.
