This role ensures accurate cash handling, maintains a clean and organized bar area, and upholds all alcohol service laws and safety regulations.This is a seasonal role from September 17, 2025 and will end on January 17, 2026.This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligibleThis position will remain open until December 19, 2025.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accuratelyCheck IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulationsProvide excellent customer service while engaging with festival guestsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar areaRestock supplies, kegs, and product as needed throughout shiftsHandle cash and credit transactions accurately; follow cash-handling policiesCollaborate with barbacks, servers, and managers to ensure efficient serviceFollow all company, venue, and festival safety and sanitation guidelinesPrevious bartending experience preferred; festival, event, or high-volume setting a plusTABC (or state-equivalent) certification requiredStrong knowledge of drink preparation and mixology basicsAbility to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
