The Specialized Recruiting Group is now hiring for a Truss Manufacturing Foreman at a local manufacturing company based out of Tumwater, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. Compensation is $26/hr. This company offers 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability. Job Duties: Leading and supervising truss assembly operations Building roof and floor trusses for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects Operating pneumatic nail guns, hand tools, and presses Monitoring workflow and making real-time adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Delegating tasks and supporting crew members Reading build schematics and coordinating job priorities Communicating with management and reporting production updates Stacking and banding finished trusses Job Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in truss manufacturing, production, or assembly Proven leadership or supervisory experience Steady work history with demonstrated reliability Ability to give and follow verbal directions Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Able to lift 50lbs or more throughout the shift Willing to work outside in all types of weather Must pass pre-employment drug screen Must thrive in a fast-paced production environment and foster team cooperation Interested?
