Our team is committed topromoting the use of College Board programs and services, including theSAT Suite of Assessments, Advanced Placement (AP), and BigFuture. Ourdivision is relentless in our pursuit of increasing the number ofstudents who have access to these programs and ensuring our partnershave the support they need to implement them effectively.Within SDP, the Strategic Impact Partnerships (SIP) team providesleadership across the organization and aligns with internal and externalpartners to drive strategy that delivers access to students andeducators nationwide. As the engine of alignment and innovation withinSDP, SIP translates organizational priorities into actionable strategiesthat drive adoption, retention, and growth across regions. Externally,the team cultivates powerful partnerships with educators, parents,employers, and advocates-amplifying their voices and equipping them withtools to champion opportunity for students. By bridging insights fromthe field with College Board's broader mission, SIP ensures that ourcollective efforts not only expand access, but also inspire lastingimpact for students, families, and communities.About the Opportunity:As Director, Strategic Impact Partnerships - Educator Ambassadors (EA),you will be a key leader in advancing College Board's mission to expandstudent opportunity. You will design and lead strategies that conveneinfluential stakeholders and highlight compelling stories about theimpact of our programs including AP, the SAT Suite of Assessments, andBigFuture on students' college and career pathways. Building on theprogram's nearly decade-long success, you will help lead its evolutionby broadening reach, deepening connections, and ensuring it continues toinspire action and deliver impact for students nationwide. This is agrowing initiative, building on nearly a decade of proven success. ThisDirector will both inherit a strong foundation and chart newdirections-expanding the program's reach, innovating in design, anddeepening its impact on students, educators, and the policymakers whoinfluence their futures. Through carefully crafted convenings andambassador engagement, you will help advance College Board'slegislative priorities and strategic objectives-translating the voicesof students and educators into powerful advocacy that drives systemicchange.You will focus on engagement with key audiences like parents, employers,and business leaders. In alignment with partnerships cultivated acrossthe organization, you will identify opportunities where storytellingfrom current and former students, educators, and can enhance ourengagement with our programs and services. Working in closecollaboration with colleagues focused on leading stakeholder engagementconvenings (i.e. AP Days at the Capitol), you will create new avenues toconnect with diverse audiences and amplify the reach of our mission.You will work cross-divisionally to connect programs, advocacy, andengagement strategies, ensuring both college and career readiness arewoven into stakeholder experi nces.
