As a Loader at Marvin, you’ll play a key role in making sure our premium windows and doors are shipped safely and accurately. You’ll follow established processes to protect products from damage and ensure timely delivery to our customers. This role offers a consistent schedule and the chance to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.Review shipping orders to confirm accuracy and ensure products are free from damageLoad trucks by hand with care and precision, following scanning and documentation proceduresRecord department data and complete paperwork with attention to detailChoose from two consistent schedules:Day shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-4:00 pmWeekend shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am-6:00 pmOvertime may be required as neededPrevious experience operating a forkliftStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyBasic computer skills and clear communicationAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 85 lbs.Willingness to obtain and maintain required forklift/industrial vehicle licensesMotivation to work independently and as part of a teamFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
