This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + BS/MS degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or related discipline with 1+ yearsu2019 experience in a laboratory. + Analytical food chemistry experience required. + Experiences with NMR, HX, TGM, salt titrator, water activity, and color instrument strongly desired. + Experience working effectively as a member and contributor on cross functional teams. + Familiar with Laboratory Information Management Systems and documentation tools.
