JOB DESCRIPTION Manage Daily Inventory Requests / Receive all Incoming Inventory Monthly Inventory Counts Order Communication for all Inventory needs Counter Sales / Phone Sales Arrange LTL Shipments Manage Maintenance of Building Manage / Keep track of Vacation Time Manage / Keep track of Petty Cash Order Service Parts along with Fittings & Couplers Keep Track of all Vehicle Maintenance - arrange for major repairs including forklift Managing the Warehouse and Inventory (Rotating, Low Stock Items, Over Stocked Items, Product Substitution) Backup for Pulling Orders, Packing UPS Shipments, Loading & Unloading LTL trucks Reconciling Monthly Inventory (discrepancies and adjustments) QUALIFICATIONS 2+ Years serving as an Office Manager or Inside Sales Supervisor in a supply house setting Proficient in Microsoft Office Inventory experience required Bilingual is a plus SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM STARTING SALARY $45,0000-55,000+ DOE BENEFITS Paid Holidays Paid Vacation BlueCross BlueShield Health Insurance (75% Company / 25% Individual) 401k / Profit Share Plan
