A technology firm, specializing in advanced audiovisual (AV) solutions, is looking for an experienced Installation Specialist to join their team! Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive AV system designs based on client requirements and industry standards Select appropriate AV components, equipment, and software to ensure optimal performance and functionality Create detailed technical documentation, including diagrams, schematics, and installation plans Lead the implementation and integration of AV systems onsite and remotely Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems meet performance expectations Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration with existing infrastructure Provide technical support and guidance during installation, testing, and post-deployment phases Develop maintenance plans and procedures to ensure long-term reliability and performance of AV systems Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AV requirements and provide tailored solutions Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on the operation and maintenance of AV systems Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support Stay updated on emerging AV technologies, trends, and industry best practices Evaluate new products and technologies to enhance the capabilities and offerings of our AV solutions Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AV systems through innovation and research Qualifications: Education in general engineering, computer engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience in designing and implementing complex AV systems, including proficiency in AV hardware, software, and networking Strong technical skills in audiovisual technologies such as video conferencing, digital signage, control systems, and unified communications Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance option 401(k) plan with company match PTO Opportunities for professional development and advancement Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PLUS other hours as needed Salary: $47,000 - $65,000 based on experience If you are interested in this position, please call Express Employment Professionals at 330-333-7031
