Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Greater Sacramento, California. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various human resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and onboarding. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture. u2022 Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization. u2022 Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. u2022 Coordinate talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews. u2022 Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data management. u2022 Monitor and manage employee benefits programs, providing support and guidance as needed. u2022 Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. u2022 Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues. u2022 Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making processes Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field. u2022 Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices. u2022 Proficiency in HRIS systems and data management. u2022 Experience with talent acquisition and recruitment processes. u2022 Solid understanding of onboarding procedures and benefits administration. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
