DescriptionSupports the Community/Commercial Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, customer service, and team coordination. Community Office Assistant Managers follow our bank philosophy of positive energy, positive outcomes.Below is a list of essential functions of this position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in supervising front line employees and daily banking operationsSupport customer inquiries and resolve basic service issues.Monitor transaction accuracy, compliance, and branch cash control.Contribute to branch sales goals and track performance metrics.Help train, coach and develop front line employees.Develop and maintain professional COI relationships and work closely with internal business partners.ATTITUDESBuilds positive relationships with internal and external clients by valuing other's feelings and rights in both words and actions, and embracing other's unique beliefs, backgrounds, and perspectives by demonstrating:Respect- Treat colleagues, clients and community members with dignity and f fairness.
