Summary: Job Summary: The Assistant/Associate Professor contributes to the teaching, research, and service missions. This role involves instruction at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, student mentorship, participation in scholarly activity, and service to the college and university. In addition, the Assistant Professor-Mgr provides limited managerial oversight to ensure effective supervision of assigned staff and the continuity of program operations. Annual assignments are determined in collaboration with the Department Chair or Program Director and are based on departmental and college needs. Other information: Required Job Qualifications: u00b7 Masteru2019s degree in related field u00b7 3 years teaching experience in higher education u00b7 Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, instructional design, and student mentorship. u00b7 Strong verbal and written communication skills. u00b7 Proficiency with learning management systems and educational technologies. u00b7 Ability to engage in scholarly work and contribute to the academic field. u00b7 Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills. u00b7 Adaptability to evolving academic needs and willingness to participate in college and university service.
