Summary: Job Summary: The Assistant/Associate Professor contributes to the teaching, research, and service missions. This role involves instruction at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, student mentorship, participation in scholarly activity, and service to the college and university. In addition, the Assistant Professor-Mgr provides limited managerial oversight to ensure effective supervision of assigned staff and the continuity of program operations. Annual assignments are determined in collaboration with the Department Chair or Program Director and are based on departmental and college needs.
