As a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist, you utilize industry experience and knowledge to provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers, creating and maintaining complete and accurate loan files.What You'll Do:A Day in the Life - This role is responsible for onboarding and servicing loans in the Fiserv Premier system while ensuring compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory requirements. The position includes processing payments, escrow disbursements, payoffs, and collateral releases, as well as preparing reports and assisting with audits.
