The RoleWere looking for a Seasonal Recruiter who will support end-to-end recruitment for US-based, and or Philippines roles across different programs. You will partner with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leadership, and global stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while ensuring speed and alignment with business goals. What Youll Do:Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for US-based, Philippines rolesCollaborate with US and Philippines stakeholders to align hiring priorities and timelinesSource passive candidates through creative channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviewsCoordinate candidate assessments and hiring manager interviewsEnsure compliance with recruitment standards and documentationMaintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (e.g., JazzHR or similar)Provide a stellar candidate experience with timely communication and follow-throughAnalyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies What We Expect From You:2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for US-based rolesStrong communication skills in English (verbal and written)Experience in a BPO, tech, or fast-paced recruiting environment preferredFamiliarity with US hiring practices, time zones, and market expectationsProficient in using ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions and prioritiesWilling to work on a US-shift scheduleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA passion for people, culture, and making a measurable impact through HR What Youll Get In Return:Hybrid working arrangementsCompetitive base salaryGenerous paid vacationAttractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options (based on country of residence)Paid Sabbatical LeaveAccess to free posture-based fitness workouts from homeTraining and development opportunities1-on-1 coaching, mentorship, and cross-functional learning opportunities Company Culture Is At Our CorennCore values give our work intention and our culture its edge.
