An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .We are looking for someone who is energetic and friendly with experience providing administrative support and customer service to clients and internal staff. Provides excellent customer service and builds relationships. Assists walk-in clients, schedules client appointments, answers phone lines, and helps clients with questions and issues.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAccounts Payable & ReceivableDaily processing of invoicesCreate vendor numbersRun AR reports at least once a week, contact tenants late on paymentsAnswering Shared Services questions regarding payments and tenant accountsEnter sales info into Yardi & SharepointAdministrative SupportAssisting the Marketing & Specialty Licensing teamsAssisting the General Manager and Operations ManagerOrganize files as directed and maintain directory of stored files.Provide administrative support to create, modify or finalize documents as directedSend documents via mail, UPS or FedEx.Order supplies and submit equipment requests.Any and all other duties and tasks assignedAccountingDaily processing of invoicesAssist with Accounting deadlines and projects.Accounts Receivable-enter cash receipts and enter billing adjustments.Accounts Payable-enter invoices, ensure proper supporting documentation for invoices.Collection of Sales ReportsAssist with generating periodic and monthly reporting documentsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORHigh School Diploma required, Associates Degree or higher preferred1-2+ years of experience in an administrative positionKnowledge of specific software programs, including Yardi, MRI, Outlook, Word & Excel.Working with COIs, monthly client reports and other duties assignedTime management - ability to manage time well and be self-motivated without direct munication - Able to provide ongoing input to mall team through thoughtful and detailed information.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, working within a team structure and independently.Teamwork - Able to work in a team atmosphere, providing support to other departments as anization - Ability to maintain an organized workspace/office and have the skills necessary to keep an easily understood filing system.Customer Service - Has the interpersonal skills to provide good service to customers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
