We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage a high volume of customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.Accurately file, organize, and maintain documents.Provide administrative support to Finance, Purchasing, and Receiving, including data entry and follow-up.Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Prepare and complete daily bank deposits (personal vehicle required).Assist team members across departments to ensure efficient workflow.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills.Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong math, grammar, and written communication skills.Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.Must have a personal vehicle for daily bank deposits.What we offerOpportunities for career growth and developmentSupportive, team-oriented work environmentMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, ADDProfit Sharing, 401K with matchPaid Time Off, 6 Paid Holidays
