If you are looking for an opportunity to join a growing organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply todayPosition Overview/Responsibilities for the Paralegal/Lease Administrator:Provide substantive procedural and legal support to our client's Real Estate Team, collaborating closely with Assistant General Counsels for Real Estate. Review and interpret lease agreements, addressing landlord/tenant disputes, and drafting correspondence related to lease obligations. Draft and review ancillary real estate-related agreements. Engage in a 6-12 month contract with potential for hire, working onsite twice a week. Required education includes an Associate's degree, Paralegal certificate, or Bachelor's degree, with relevant work experience.Required Skills for Paralegal/Lease Administrator:Minimum of 4 years of experience, ideally within a large, multi-jurisdictional real estate portfolio or a strong property administration background. Proficiency in real estate litigation support and dispute resolution. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
