You will be part of our Nursing staff, performing a wide range of duties to support patient care. Multiple Units available including: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Behavioral Health and more!Bonus Options: up to $10,000Employment Type: Full TimeShifts Available: VariesUnits Available: MultipleEssential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):perform head-to-toe assessments, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in patient conditions and patient careadminister oral, intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), or subcutaneous medications, including pain management and antibioticsuse electronic health records (EHRs) to document patient assessments, interventions, medications given, and progresshandle multiple patients with varying acuity levels, often prioritizing tasks like responding to emergencies, addressing pain management, and ensuring timely medication administrationparticipate in a nurse orientation designed to transition new grads into practicework closely with experienced nurses or preceptors to refine clinical and critical-thinking skillsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1.
