Role Description: As a Regional Vice President for , you will a lead a dynamic field team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the residential real estate industry. You will lead a team of 8 Field Regional Directors who will manage teams of 8-10 Territory Field Representatives. The Field Representatives will be responsible for developing real estate broker relationships, presenting the value proposition to residential sales agents, and driving revenue by generating membership demo leads for the inside sales team. In your role, you will be accountable for coaching and developing your team members and ensuring they are achieving their sales targets and activity goals. _Please note, this role is required to be based out of one of CoStar Groupu2019s north east office locations. Basic Qualifications u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree required from an accredited, in-person college or university u00b7 Minimum of 7+ years of people management experience directly leading and managing field based sales professionals. u00b7 External applicants are expected to have the following experience: 5 or more years of experience directly managing 8 to 10 sales professionals, including the ability to attract, hire, train, and develop a high performing sales team. u00b7 Internal applicants are expected to have the following experience: 5 or more years of sales experience plus 18 months tenure at CoStar within a Sales Executive role or higher while meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
