We are driven by our core values: respect, innovation, and collaboration. The Learning & Development Coordinator - Programs and Projects is an integral part of Latham’s Learning & Development team. This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of learning and development programs and projects within the Global Learning & Development team, while developing and refining processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. This role will be located in our New York, Washington D.C. & Boston offices.Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Other key responsibilities include:Executing learning and development programs and projects, including the Business Services AcademiesUtilizing intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create and manage project plans, presentations, and reportsCollaborating with team members to coordinate logistics and measure impact for live, hybrid, and virtual programsCollaborating with team members to track attendance for programs and courses, updating the relevant Learning Management System (LMS) accordinglyCollaborating with team members to support utilization of the Learning Management System and Insights® assessment portalProtecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retainsWe’d love to hear from you if you:Possess strong project management skills with the ability to drive projects and programs forwardDisplay proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Asana for project management is a plusDemonstrates strong capabilities in administration and operationsAnd have:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferablyA minimum of three (3) years of professional experience, preferablySuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
