Express Employment Professional is NOW HIRING for a Bell Captain! The Bell Captain will be responsible for managing a team of bellhops and ensuring the smooth flow of the hotel's luggage and guest services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This a PM shift. PREVIOUS HOTEL BELL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Responsibilities: Oversee the bell staff, including training, scheduling, and providing feedback Greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide directions and recommendations for local attractions Maintain accurate records of guest luggage and deliveries Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of local attractions and restaurants Physical ability to lift and transport luggage If you are a friendly and proactive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Bell Captain.
