Description The Senior Developer will play a hands-on role in supporting and enhancing enterprise finance systems across both Oracle ERP (Fusion) and EBS and future ERP platforms. This position serves as a techno-functional lead , directly responsible for designing, building, and supporting solutions that align with critical finance transformation initiativesu2014such as Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign , Fixed Assets implementation , and Procure-to-Pay modernization . The developer will be deeply involved in interface development, data validation, custom extensions (FRICE), and functional configurations across Financials and Procurement modules. This includes working with Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (FRICE) , Personalizations , Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) , interface tables , and data migration tools . This role requires strong knowledge of both the functional finance processes and the technical architecture of Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion), particularly in Oracle Financials and Procure to Pay Modules. The ideal candidate brings a unique ability to own both the business logic and the technical implementation, ensuring that system solutions are both technically sound and functionally aligned to finance objectives u00b7 Leads on the designs, development, coding, testing and debugging of software applications/systems to meet the specifications. Monitors system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of applications. u00b7 Partners and collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. Manages the design, architecture and build phases aimed at producing high quality deliverables. Owns the software documentation and user manuals. u00b7 Evaluating and integrating new technologies into existing development practices as well as Maintaining, updating, and improving existing software. u00b7 Managers and participates in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Collaborate & lead tech teams consisting of employees & vendor company contractors in planning and execution, serving as an technology leader u00b7 Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed Qualifications Minimum Requirements u00b7 Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field u00b7 Mandatory, 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Fusion), including technical and functional responsibilities + Mandatory 4+ years involvement in end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementations , especially in finance and procurement domains + Proven experience with Chart of Accounts redesign , Fixed Assets implementation , and Procure-to-Pay modules on Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud u00b7 Strong background in building and supporting customizations (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions u2013 FRICE), DFFs , interface tables , and BI Publisher reports u00b7 Demonstrated ability to support data migration and mapping efforts using Oracle Data Hub u00b7 Experience working in environments with coexisting legacy and cloud ERP platforms u00b7 Experience with PL/SQL , SOA Suite , OIC , and REST/SOAP APIs u00b7 Exposure to Agile delivery frameworks and sprint-based project execution u00b7 Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system integration and performance. u00b7 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams Preferred Requirements u00b7 Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud functional setups and configurations u00b7 Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for ERP environments or related automation tools u00b7 Understanding of finance data structures and experience working closely with finance users on solution design The base pay range for this role is $109,820.00 to $142,936.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
