Whatu2019s a typical day as a Materials Coordinator? Youu2019ll be: u2022 Receiving raw materials, production orders, and finished goods inventory units. u2022 Supporting material transfers for production builds across all warehouse locations. u2022 Processing all revenue and non-revenue shipments to achieve 100% on-time delivery. u2022 Completing daily cycle counts and controlling all inventory statuses to support a 98% warehouse accuracy and 99% dollar accuracy goal. u2022 Ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality guidelines. u2022 Utilizing material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and dollies. u2022 Performing a variety of complex tasks with creativity and independence. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: u2022 Have at least three years of material control and shipping/receiving experience. u2022 Are experienced with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred), and proficient in inventory tracking and order fulfillment. u2022 Possess basic computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel to maintain accurate records. u2022 Hold a High School diploma (AA or AS degree preferred) and can demonstrate sound independent judgment with minimal supervision. u2022 Have strong written and verbal communication skills and can simplify complex problems into actionable tasks. u2022 Are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Understand shipping, receiving, and inventory management in a GMP-regulated environment, with experience in international shipments. u2022 Are willing and able to work overtime as required and can lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. u2022 Hold a valid driveru2019s license and have excellent customer service skills. u2022 Can work in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 regulations.
