Job Summary Deliver medical and surgical supplies to both inpatient units and outpatient departments, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. Monitor PAR (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) levels in department supply rooms via handheld scanner, and initiate restocking when thresholds are reached. Conduct routine inventory audits to verify expiration dates and stocking accuracy, applying first"‘in, first"‘out (FIFO) rotation to optimize utilization. Respond to unit-specific stocking requests and deliver supplies promptly, maintaining reliable service to clinical staff. Keep supply areas clean, organized, and free of outdated or damaged products; promptly report any concerns to supervisors. Collaborate with clinical departments, providing excellent customer service and clear communication regarding supply issues or shortages. Assist with stocking and organizing Central Distribution as needed to support overall supply operations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.
