Inventory Control Clerk Location: Manor, TexasSchedule Options: Option 1: Sunday-Tuesday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Thursday-Saturday Off Option 2: Sunday-Tuesday Off, Wednesday | 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Thursday-Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Additional: Daily and weekend overtime may be required based on business needs. Your Role As an Inventory Control Clerk, you’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on inventory and tool management. What You’ll Do Essential Functions: Manage all aspects of inventory movement, including stocking, re-stocking, and maintaining accurate records of all materials and tools. Compile and maintain detailed records of inventory quantities, types, and values. Participate in monthly and year-end cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies. Coordinate inventory requirements and procurement details with the Division’s General Manager. Track transportation and distribution of tools and materials. Conduct daily audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. Maintain and oversee stock records and generate evaluation reports as needed. Replenish warehouse stock and process order forms accurately. Coordinate with vendors and customers on inventory requirements and procurement details. Account for inventory surplus, product/tool returns, and damages. Ensure all employees and visitors are wearing proper PPE and security badges in the warehouse. Collaborate with staff to maintain readiness for audits or inspections. What We’re Looking For Required: Demonstrated knowledge of inventory and quality management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively at all levels. Ability to work the assigned schedule with occasional required weekends and overtime. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs. Highly Desired: High school diploma or GED. 2-3 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, or distribution. Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks. Forklift certification.
