What This Role Offers + Choose your own cases and daily assignments u2014 an uncommon level of control in most systems. + Practice across both hospital and ambulatory settings, allowing for variety and pace that suit your preference. + A balanced case model: 50% personally performed, 50% medical direction. + Broad case mix including OB, neuro, vascular, regional/ortho, spine, uro/gyn, healthy peds, and general cases u2014 with flexibility to focus where youu2019re most comfortable. + Optional teaching opportunities. + A stable department of over 50 anesthesiologists with consistent leadership and low turnover. + Pathways for growth in education, quality, or leadership u2014 available but never mandatory. + Manageable call schedule with no more than 3 overnights in 2 months. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
