Job Category Production & Skilled Trades Position Summary This position is located in beautiful Williamsburg, KY and is onsite 5 days per week, M-F with no weekend work. This is a customer facing role so this person must have strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service experience Manufacturing Quality Assurance work includes: u2022 Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product u2022 Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products u2022 Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards u2022 Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods Pay Range: $78,000.00 - $128,000.00 Responsibilities u2022 Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision u2022 Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals u2022 Supports continuous improvement/automation activities u2022 Uses advanced analytical/technical problem solving to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures u2022 Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders u2022 Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bacheloru2019s degree; or 3 years and a masteru2019s degree; or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.
