The role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, manages staff performance and serves as a liaison between retail customers and the food and nutrition team.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or nutrition preferred.2. Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization upon hire and maintain current.3. Two (2) years experience in food service operations.4. Ability to use PC and various software.5. Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) preferred.County Specific requirement.1.
