Express Employment is seeking an early stage counselor for a company that provides funding for affordable housing solutions. Job duties include: Initiating outbound collection calls Negotiating payment arrangements with borrowers to avoid mortgage delinquency Following up with the borrowers on returned payments Assisting with early stage account collections Ideal Candidate: Must have call center experience Comfortable working on the phones Excellent customer service skills Proficient with computers Any collections experience is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Other Details: Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pay rate is $18/hr.
