If you want to be part of tomorrow's health today, we want to hear from you.Implementation AnalystReports To:Sr. Manager, ImplementationAbout the Role:As an Implementation Analyst for our Customer Operations' Payer Configurations & QA team at CoverMyMeds, you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients and internal teams, driving successful implementations of our payer solutions. This hybrid role combines configurations and quality assurance responsibilities with exposure to some business analysis tasks. This role is client-facing and requires a dynamic individual who can manage configurations, analyze business needs, and deliver tailored solutions for our Payer partners. As an Implementation Analyst, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and that project configurations and UAT milestones are met while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and collaboration.What You'll Do:Configurations & QAConfigure, implement, and support software system integration projects with minimal supervision. Tasks may include: End-to-End testing of software applications, troubleshooting, automation, conducting product demonstrations, creating and updating technical documentation, and providing functional training.Document configuration and testing requirements, develop and implement comprehensive testing plans, facilitate coordination of user acceptance, integration, stress, and quality testing, oversee approval processes, deliver regular status updates, proactively identify and communicate risks, and provide support in managing escalations.Work with cross-functional teams to solve client issues and provide post-implementation configuration & QA support.Client Engagement & SupportAct as the primary point of contact for client testing and configuration inquiries during implementation.Conduct client demos and training sessions for internal and external clients as needed.Promote best practices and ensure long-term adoption of solutions.Continuous Improvement & Business ContinuityIdentify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to team productivity initiatives.Create and Maintain up-to-date Best Practices, Templates, and User-Guides.Business Analysis & SolutioningLead discovery sessions to gather and document business and technical requirements.Serve as a subject matter expert on products and functionality.About You:Degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of relevant technical support experienceExperience using workflow and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce); proficient in JIRA, SQL, Tableau, XML, and JSONAbility to interpret and apply business and technical requirementsSkilled in task management, delegation, and managing multiple projects in fast-paced settings.Experience with software configuration, testing, and/or advanced training or certification in configurations or data analytics preferred.Familiarity with Kanban, Scrum, and Agile methodologiesKnowledge and advanced subject matter expertise in Pharmacy Benefits, Provider, NCPDP SCRIPT Standards, and Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA).Consistently demonstrates high performance by meeting and/or exceeding current team KPI's and/or Ser
