This is your opportunity to learn, grow, and test the waters of a personal training career — without the pressure of a major commitment.Who is it for?Recently certified/graduated or soon-to-be certified/graduated trainersThose struggling to land their first PT role due to lack of experienceAnyone passionate about fitness who wants a clear path into the industryHow It WorksPhase 1: Observation & Learning (Weeks 1-2)Shadow experienced trainers, learn client interaction, session flow, and studio operations. Unpaid: your investment in your own career growthPhase 2: Helping & Contributing (Weeks 3-6)Assist with studio tasks: cleaning, admin, client check-ins. Begin light session support under supervision.Paid an hourly administrative rate for contribution timePhase 3: Hands-On Experience (Weeks 6-12)Co-lead programming, warmups, cooldowns, small session segments, assessments and movement screens.
