Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Technician - Technical Support to join team at a leading marine product distributor. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot product issues, and support for repairs. You’ll work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product knowledge and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers on marine products via phone, email, and in person Troubleshoot and diagnose product issues, recommending solutions or repairs Assist with product installations, testing, and maintenance Document service activities and maintain accurate records Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: Previous technical support or service technician experience (marine or mechanical preferred) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers Hands-on mechanical or electrical aptitude Customer-focused with strong organizational skills Monday-Friday 8am-5pm If interested in the opportunity, please contact Office 813-448-6590 or email resume to
