For immediate consideration contact Tammy Power via LinkedIn Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with leadership and HR/payroll teams to assess workforce needs and implement effective HR strategies. u2022 Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring proper documentation. u2022 Interpret and enforce state and federal employment laws to maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies. u2022 Conduct investigations into HR-related concerns, documenting findings and driving timely resolutions. u2022 Partner with compliance, payroll, and benefits teams to develop and deliver employee training programs. u2022 Lead or assist in HR audits, policy revisions, job description updates, and process improvement efforts. u2022 Analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction surveys, to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. u2022 Manage biweekly payroll processing for a small group of employees. u2022 Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting organizational values and enhancing employee engagement. u2022 Support initiatives related to accommodations, compliance programs, and California-specific labor requirements.
