In this role, you'll bring recipes to life—crafting everything from rustic breads to flaky pastries with care and consistency. Whether you're an early riser or a weekend warrior, your love for baking and attention to detail will shine through in every batch. What You’ll Do Bake a variety of goods including breads, cookies, pastries, and more—either from scratch or mixes Accurately measure and mix ingredients using professional equipment like mixers, ovens, and blenders Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Store ingredients and finished products properly to preserve freshness Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals What You Bring Prior baking experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with baking techniques, tools, and ingredients Ability to follow recipes precisely and consistently Strong time management and organizational skills Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Ready to roll up your sleeves and get baking?Call 541-389-1505 to schedule your interview today!
