Salary - $65-75k + Car & Benefits About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing a client portfolio at one site. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with flexibility required depending on business and event schedules. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Site Visits: Conduct site visits ensuring compliance with safety and customer service standards. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and store managers, addressing any issues promptly. People Management: Oversee hourly cleaners and subcontractors, including scheduling, hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution. What You’ll Need to Succeed: 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Strong customer service skills for a client-facing role. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ambitious, enthusiastic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to lead a team and foster collaboration. Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Willingness to learn the cleaning industry.
