This role includes drafting and managing complex legal documents, conducting research and analysis, monitoring regulatory developments, and assisting in the design of legal processes and systems. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with internal clients, external counsel, and cross-functional teams. The Senior Paralegal ensures compliance with all applicable laws and organizational policies, maintains confidentiality at all times, and contributes to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Legal Team.What you will doIn this role, you will provide advanced support to attorneys and internal clients by managing legal documents, conducting research and analysis, and assisting in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and correspondence. You will be responsible for handling operational tasks such as legal project management, database and records maintenance, and the coordination of legal trainings and presentations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors, stay current on changes in laws and regulations, and provide timely updates to attorneys and stakeholders.
