Lifting is required, however lifting and carrying of weights exceeding 50 is to be accomplished with assistance from one or more persons.Position requires a minimum score of 70% in the following categories of the maintenance technician test (Electrical, Plumbing, Make Ready, Grounds).Position requires at least 1 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent education and/or demonstration of skill.EPA Type II or Greater are preferred but not required.Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Weekly schedule may change as required. Must be needed for occasional on-call emergencies and weekend work.Must enjoy outdoor work year-round.Must have a working smartphone suitable for use with various software applications.USD $18.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
