Join Chase Travel and help us build the future of travel while taking your career to new heights As a Travel Advisor in Chase Travel (CTJ), you will use your training and knowledge to serve as a trusted Advisor, identifying individual customer needs and providing them with exciting travel solutions. You will coordinate travel experiences including, but not limited to airline tickets, car rentals, and hotel accommodations. Additionally, you will support our customers by providing product and service information that will assist them in understanding the benefits we offer through our travel rewards loyalty program. Job responsibilities + Provide great customer service that is quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic + Use your in-depth knowledge and training to delight customers with customized travel experiences and help them make the most of their rewards + Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern: determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of all programs, tools and systems + Achieve and maintain individual and team goals and metrics + Support and resolve complex customer concerns and escalations by attending mandatory cross and upskill training Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills + High school diploma or GED + Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills + Working knowledge of appropriate Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook; quick study of technical concepts + Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability to include advanced knowledge/proficiency using multiple screens in an online environment + Ability to work independently, yet also function as a team member Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills + Minimum of 1 year of inbound call center and/or travel industry experience + Experience using Global Distribution System and self-booking tools Shift / Schedule Information Work schedules will vary. You must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours, which include evenings and weekends. Specific information will be provided by the Recruiter. This position requires that you attend the training as scheduled. The training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
