This role focuses on bookkeeping and office administration, with an emphasis on QuickBooks experience. The ideal candidate will handle daily bookkeeping tasks, maintain accurate financial records, manage office supplies, and run occasional office errands. You will work alongside another office team member to ensure smooth operations and help keep the office organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, including data entry, reconciliations, invoicing, bill payment, and expense tracking. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions. Manage office inventory and supply orders, including purchasing items from vendors and making Costco runs as needed. Support general office administration such as filing, organizing records, and maintaining office systems. Work with product SKUs to track and record inventory accurately. Assist with preparing reports or summaries for management as needed. Handle basic correspondence, document preparation, and record maintenance. Collaborate with another office team member to ensure a smooth transition and consistency in office processes. Run occasional local errands for office needs. Requirements: Proficiency in QuickBooks is required — must be able to work independently within the system. Strong 10-key and data entry accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities. Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small office environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional errands. Schedule & Hours: This position will start as full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
