Job DescriptionOur client is an emerging global fashion network for shopping, working with some of the most influential creators, artists, athletes, and celebrities. They are currently looking to hire a full time Creative Producer to join their growing team.This is a full time role, onsite in NYC Soho area 5 days/week.This role blends production expertise with a strong creative sensibility. You'll be responsible for translating established concepts into polished, on-brand assets and experiences. From managing shoot logistics to coordinating with vendors and talent, you'll oversee projects end-to-end to ensure the brand shows up in the world with consistency, quality, and impact.Responsibilities:-Support the execution of editorial photo and video formats based on creative direction provided by the internal Content Director and external art directors/creative agencies.-Source and manage creative collaborators, including photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, set designers, and more.-Provide input on and pitch collaborators (photographers, stylists, HMU, etc.) that align with the creative vision.-Support casting and talent management to ensure the right voices and faces represent the brand.-Build and manage production timelines, budgets (anywhere from 46 figures), and deliverables.-Create visual decks outlining each project to present internally for final approval.-Maintain and nurture relationships with creative partners, agencies, and talent.-Be on set for all projects to oversee the run of show and ensure a smooth production.-Ensure final assets are optimized for distribution across digital, social, and event channels.-Write recaps and reports on project outcomes, learnings, and opportunities.-Work closely with the Content/Social and Marketing teams to produce weekly organic content (largely shot on iPhone)-Support wider creative production team for execution of brand collateral and events, ranging from branded merchandise and special edition objects to intimate gatherings to large-scale activations.-Support with vendor coordination and on-site execution.-Ensure all experiences feel on-brand, thoughtful, and community-driven.-Regularly update stakeholders on project status, timelines, and deliverables.Qualifications:-4-6+ years of experience in creative production or related fields (agency, brand, or media).-Strong creative eye paired with excellent project management and organizational skills.-Established network of photographers, videographers, stylists, and talent is a plus.-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities.-Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.-Strong written and verbal communication skills.-Passion for culture, fashion, media, and this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
