Execute a comprehensive Annual Giving Program that includes but is not limited to: direct mail, email, texting, social media, crowdfunding, video, and any other available communication channels.Collaborate with the University Development team to support pipeline building and identify major gift prospects for referral and cultivation across campusManage a reporting system that provides regular analysis of annual giving effectiveness on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisEnsure timely, personalized donor acknowledgment and annual giving stewardship processesAnalyze data and develop insights. Utilize data to develop and deploy fundraising strategies to optimize fundraising results. Use data to drive segmentations of fundraising campaigns and engagement from a multitude of audiencesUtilize and closely monitor a comprehensive set of metrics to achieve annual giving fundraising goals that include total giving, alumni donor participation, donor retention, and fundraising by appeal, segment, and channelUtilize and update (as needed) dashboards to track annual giving performance and drive donor engagement and solicitation strategyDevelop strong and strategic partnerships across campus and within key constituencies to effectively identify and support annual giving opportunitiesCoordinate with the Executive Director of Marketing and Communication and their team to develop a comprehensive annual giving campaign and solicitation calendar that will interface with an overall communication strategy and drive all annual giving fundraising campaignsAdvance and grow the donor pipeline.
