In addition, you will be responsible for preparing real estate documents and conducting basic property research for ownership and boundary information.Effective communication with property owners and their representatives will be an important part of your role, since you will be acquiring right of way. You will also perform general administrative/clerical work as required, including preparing legal documents, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, and providing customer service functions.
